You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. The removal of one of the Tyvek straps is considered acceptance and commissioning by the consumer by all parties involved; this removal of the Tyvek tapes means that the right of withdrawal expires and the purchase is a fact.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. If you return the entire order, you will be credited with the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7 euros per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
